Thank you for shopping with Peripety Boutique! We understand that not every purchase will work perfectly, and sometimes returns are needed. Please ensure that if you are requesting a return that your item(s) comply with our return policy.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. All returns are for Store Credit Only (Peripety Boutique e-gift card) and there are NO EXCEPTIONS. All returned items must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, free of pet hair, smoke, perfume and/or makeup, with tags still attached, in its original packaging and with receipt or proof of purchase. 

We reserve the right to deny a full credit for any item sent back in unfavorable condition. If an item is returned and the request is denied due to the condition of the item, you may request the item to be returned and you will be responsible for the shipping cost to return it to you. 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. The cost of the return shipping is free if you use the return label provided by Peripety Boutique.  Items must be shipped within 7 days of being sent the return label. If an item is shipped after 7 days there will be a 10% restocking fee deducted from the store credit. 

You can place multiple return orders into one package to return. To ensure you receive the correct return credit amount you MUST request a return authorization request for each order/item you are sending back. You must include the return authorization slip and the invoice for ALL orders/items being returned.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 3 days  if the item is defective or damaged. If we are not notified within 3 days of receipt of the item it will no longer qualify for a return or replacement. Please email info@peripetyboutique.com and include photos of the damage to start the return process.

We are not responsible for damage to items caused by improper handling/care or incorrect sizing.

Colors of items may vary due to varying display screens, calibrations, lighting and resolutions. This is not considered a defect and will not qualify for a return.

Exchanges
We will do our best to exchange an item for the same item in a different size. Due to quick turnover of inventory we cannot guarantee exchanges. If you are requesting an exchange contact info@peripetyboutique.com as soon as possible. If an exchange is not possible you will be issued an e-gift card.

 

International

All returns are for Store Credit Only (Peripety Boutique e-gift card) and there are NO EXCEPTIONS. All returned items must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, free of pet hair, smoke, perfume and/or makeup, with tags still attached, in its original packaging and with receipt or proof of purchase. Please note that you will be responsible for any return shipping fees and shipping charges.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you will be issued an e-gift card within 3 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@peripetyboutique.com
