Shipping & Delivery

Where is my item coming from? You can check the product description to see where your item ships from.

1. Items Shipped from the USA

  • What this includes: Contemporary clothing, denim, basics, and standard accessories.

  • Processing Time: 1–2 business days.

  • Estimated Delivery: 3–5 business days.

2. Luxury Items Shipped from Europe

  • What this includes: Luxury designer clothing, bags, shoes, and high-end accessories.

  • Processing Time: 3–5 business days (includes customs processing).

  • Estimated Delivery: 5–10 business days.

  • Note: Signatures may be required upon delivery for high-value packages.

Free Shipping: We offer Free Shipping on all Luxury items and on USA orders over $99.


Refused or Undeliverable Packages

If a package is refused by the customer upon delivery, or if the carrier returns the package due to an invalid address provided by the customer:

  • Standard Items: A restocking fee of $15 plus return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.

  • Luxury Items: You will be responsible for the original shipping costs, any import fees/taxes incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Europe. These fees (often exceeding $50) will be deducted from your refund.

Lost or Stolen Packages Peripety Boutique is not responsible for packages once they have been marked as "Delivered" by the carrier. If you are worried about theft, please track your package closely or request a signature confirmation.


Return Policy (Hassle-Free Refunds)

We want you to love your purchase. We have a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Condition of Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:

  • Unworn, unused, and unwashed.

  • Free of pet hair, smoke, perfume, and makeup.

  • Must have all original tags still attached.

  • Must be in its original packaging (including dust bags or shoe boxes for luxury items) with the receipt or proof of purchase.

Right to Deny: We reserve the right to deny a full refund for any item sent back in unfavorable condition. If an item is returned and the request is denied due to the condition of the item (e.g., signs of wear, strong odors, missing tags), you may request the item be returned to you at your expense. You will be responsible for the shipping cost to send it back to you.

Refunds & Fees

All approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method.

Please note the following deductions based on the item type:

  • Standard USA Items:

    • You are responsible for return shipping costs.

    • If you use our prepaid return label, a flat $8.00 shipping fee will be deducted from your final refund.

  • Luxury Europe Items:

    • Due to international logistics and customs fees, a 10% Restocking Fee will be deducted from your final refund.

    • Security Tags: Luxury items arrive with a special security tag. If this tag is removed, the item is strictly non-returnable.

    • Return Label: We will provide a specific international return label (DHL/UPS/FedEx). Do not use standard postal services for these returns.


How to Start a Return

We make returns easy. You do not need to email us to start the process.

  1. Click the "Start a Return" link located in the footer of our website or click HERE.

  2. Enter your Order Number and Email Address to find your order.

  3. Select the item(s) you wish to return and follow the prompts.

  4. Once approved, you will receive a printable shipping label via email.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return via the portal will not be accepted.


Non-Returnable Items (Final Sale)

The following items are Final Sale and cannot be returned for refunds:

  • Sale / Clearance Items

  • Lingerie, Bodysuits & Hosiery

  • Hair Accessories & Earrings

  • Gift Cards

  • Pre-Owned / Pre-Loved Luxury Items: Any item marked as "Pre-Owned" in the description is sold as-is and is final sale.


Damages, Defects & Disclaimers

Reporting Damages Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If an item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at info@peripetyboutique.com so we can make it right.

Liability Disclaimer We are not responsible for damage to items caused by improper handling or care (washing/drying), or damage caused by incorrect sizing (e.g., forced zippers or stretched seams).

Product Colors We do our best to display colors as accurately as possible. However, due to differences in computer monitors and lighting, actual colors may vary slightly from what you see on your screen. This is not considered a defect.

Luxury Watch Warranty Watches purchased from our Luxury collection come with a 1-year warranty covering defects in the internal mechanism (movement) only. Damage from water, misuse, accidents, or normal wear to the strap/case is not covered.


Exchanges

Standard Items: We do our best to accommodate size exchanges. If your size is out of stock, we will process a refund.Luxury Items: We do not offer direct exchanges on Luxury items. Please return the item for a refund and place a new order.
